New features in version 9.9.x and 9.8.x
Version 9.9.x is the Standard version, with normal functionality, new features and functions are;
– Support for MY27 vehicles with build date from W17.
– Support for SPA2, activating and deactivating built in Show mode.
– Improved airflow/cooling of CSD area for later model year cars.
– Vehicles with air suspension workaround to recalibrate every seven days.
– Improvements and fixes.
Version 9.8.x is an extended functionality version that includes all fixes from the main version but puts the car in a higher state to show more functionality, such as the 360 cameras. However you might need to disable the power steering by pulling a fuse. Some features are only available for specific VIN numbers as requested by events and road shows. The extended version also allows to operate power windows.
Known functional limitations
– SPA1 and SPA2 vehicles with air suspension has a known problem with the air suspension calibration after standing still for an extended period. As a temporary work around Show mode will stop after seven days on such vehicles. To recalibrate start the car using the key and wait for calibration of air suspension. After this is done you can start Show mode for another seven days again.
– For MY23 and later cars, the windshield wipers cannot be disabled by Showmode.
